Privacy & Data Requests

Eaves has no accounts and collects no personal profile. The only personal data tied to you is the purchase record for the one-time unlock, processed by Apple and by our payments provider RevenueCat, which identifies you only by a random anonymous ID.

You can ask us to access or delete that purchase data at any time. Email support@lockedin.software with the subject “Privacy request.” Because we identify purchasers only by an anonymous ID, please include your Apple transaction ID or purchase receipt so we can locate the right record. We respond within the time limits the law requires (GDPR: within one month; CCPA: within 45 days) and never charge for or penalize a request.

You may also email RevenueCat directly at compliance@revenuecat.com.

Note: deleting your purchase record does not cancel the App Store purchase itself or stop you from re-unlocking via “Restore Purchases.” Refunds are handled by Apple.
